Course Description: This advanced-level course is designed for experienced clinicians specializing in the management of breast cancer-related lymphedema. It offers an in-depth exploration of advanced treatment strategies, anatomical complexities, and the latest research shaping clinical practice. This course will enable attendees to gain new insights into fibrosis assessment and management, as well as trunk, chest, and breast lymphatic dysfunction. Additionally, the course will address critical survivorship challenges faced by patients during and after breast cancer treatment, equipping providers with the knowledge to refine their approach and optimize patient care. Tactile Medical is pleased to offer one continuing education contact hours (.1 CEU).*

Who should attend: The course content is relevant to PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, physicians, nurses and others involved in the care of patients with breast cancer-related treatment side effects and lymphedema.

Accreditation: Tactile Medical will be providing one contact hour (.1 CEU) for continuing education for RN and LPN, OT/OTA, PT/PTA. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # 17771, for 1 contact hour.  This activity has been designed to meet the state continuing education requirements for RN and LPN, however the attendee is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.
