If you are a Covered Recipient, the value of food and beverage provided by Tactile Medical is reportable under the CMS Sunshine Act. Covered Recipients are defined as: any physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, certified registered nurse anesthetist, or certified nurse-midwife. VA Staff has additional requirements for food & beverage ($20/event; $50/year per person)
