We’re excited to invite you to participate in a new mentorship program with Tactile Medical designed to strengthen clinical confidence and support continued growth—especially in complex oncology and breast cancer cases.
Why enroll? This program aims to build confidence in newer CLTs by reinforcing correct application of newly learned techniques and supporting ongoing clinical development and research.
Who is eligible? CLTs who treat oncology patients and have at least 3 months of CLT practice.
Details: Mary Calys will collaborate with each CLT to establish three personalized learning objectives based on their clinical challenges. She will then develop education tailored to each CLT’s goals.
Time Commitment: Mary and each CLT will commit to an 8-week mentorship, meeting once per week via Teams (or in person if local to Kansas City).
